White Bread Flour
White bread flour is excellent for sourdough & yeasted breads and other uses requiring a medium to high gluten level. Our white bread flour is stone-ground from organic hard red wheat grown on local farms. Unlike most commercial white flour which has had much of the nutrients removed, our white flour includes the wheat germ for better flavor and nutrition.
For quickbreads such as banana bread or zucchini bread, consider our White All Purpose Flour.
