White All Purpose Flour

With an 'in-between' hardness, all purpose flour is best for quickbreads, flatbreads, & bagels but can be used for general baking as well. Our white all-purpose flour is stone-ground from medium-gluten organic hard wheat grown on local farms. Only the bran has been sifted out; unlike most commercial white flours, ours includes the wheat germ.
