Buckwheat and brown rice combine with coriander and fennel to make a hearty gluten-free sandwich bread, similar in taste to the traditional Swedish rye bread known as limpa. This bread has excellent taste, texture and doesn't fall apart when you slice it! It keeps well at room temperature for up to a week, and then slice it and keep it in the freezer.
