Our curry sauerkraut is made from fresh cabbage, turmeric, garlic, and ginger grown organically within 75 miles of Rochester, NY, so we can reduce our carbon footprint while supporting our local economy. It is prepared by hand, wild-fermented, and packed raw, as it is made traditionally.
