Sprouting Grains & Uses
Sprouting grains helps release complex carbohydrates, proteins, enzymes, and other nutrients to make them more easily digestible and have brighter flavors. This class will primarily focus on the sprouting process and finishing off with a couple recipes including Sprouted salad, Sprouted hummus, and Sprouted flour
