Fruit Tarts & Cheesecakes
We are entering into the fruit season and why not start it off with a bang! These recipes are guaranteed to impress! Cheesecake and pie crusts can be hard to master. Come learn the tips and tricks and walk away with cheesecake in your belly and a tart to take home!
For the cheesecakes, this class will include information about how to make a graham cracker crust, basic cheesecake filling, and information about how to customize the flavor.
For the tarts, we will cover crusts and filling with hands on crust-making experience for a tart to take home.
This class has a gluten-free option for the cheesecake, but must be requested in advance. There is no gluten-free option for the pie crust
