Allie Push
Worker-owner since: August 2011Allie grew up helping her mom bake and was known to conduct some messy kitchen experiments from a young age (thanks parents). It was in experimenting with a vegetarian diet that her interest in every aspect of food has only increased with each meal. Her growing appetite to learn about where our food comes from and how to prepare food that is good for our bodies attracted her to Small World Bakery. Since joining the journey that is the bakery, she is constantly learning about bread and life. Sometimes she is an artist of sorts: she is the founder/owner of a one woman craft business, Soft Shell Crafts, where she sells hand-bound journals made from repurposed materials. Allie also dreams of exploring America's great wilderness by foot some day.
